About the role
- Own the end-to-end productionization of AI models
- Transition AI models from experimentation to stable production
- Lead a hybrid team of MLOps engineers and Applied AI scientists
- Manage the complete lifecycle of production AI models
- Design low-latency inference systems
- Prioritize and maintain a backlog of research models
- Establish execution standards
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in Applied AI Management
- Experience in MLOps, ML Engineering, or Data Engineering
- Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals
- Experience leading teams
- Expertise in building data pipelines and monitoring systems
- Skills in performance optimization techniques
- DevOps mindset applied to ML systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle complex technical initiatives
