Take ownership of building and scaling high-quality, performance-driven web extension experiences used in production at scale
Drive complex initiatives end to end—from technical design to reliable delivery
Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap and design optimal solutions
Ensure that browser-based experiences are robust, secure, and performant across environments
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and drive continuous improvement of engineering practices

Requirements

7+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade web applications
Strong expertise in frontend technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, DOM rendering and manipulation, and frameworks such as React
Solid programming experience in at least one backend language such as Node.js or Python, with strong computer science fundamentals
Proven experience working on high-scale, customer-facing production systems
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex challenges
Deep understanding of design patterns and their practical application in real-world systems
A strong focus on writing highly optimized, performant, and maintainable production-quality code
Passion for technology and staying current with modern engineering trends and tools
Experience building or maintaining cross-browser web extensions is a strong advantage
Exposure to AI/ML systems, particularly on-device or client-side models, is a plus
