About the role

  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end marketing automation strategies using Zeta.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor multi-channel automated campaigns including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Create advanced customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years in marketing automation, with significant hands-on experience using Zeta.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, customer journey mapping, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing complex workflows, triggers, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and data integration techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance marketing outcomes.
