About the role
- Lead the end-to-end digital transformation and continuous optimization of a global website.
- Own product planning, execution, and delivery with accountability for outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
- Act as the **single owner of the product backlog**, defining, refining, prioritizing, and maintaining all work items.
- Ensure all **timelines, quality standards, and business goals** are met through hands-on execution.
- Work closely with UX, Design, Engineering, Web Operations, Content, SEO/SEM, and Analytics teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a **Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Delivery Lead** supporting large-scale, enterprise-grade websites.
- Proven success leading **end-to-end digital transformations** with measurable outcomes and on-time delivery.
- Strong technical understanding of **web and digital platforms**, including front-end frameworks and CMS solutions (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing the full product lifecycle using **JIRA or similar agile tools**.
- Demonstrated ability to **operate independently**, executing detailed tasks without support staff or direct reports.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across **UX, Engineering, Content, SEO, and Analytics** teams.
- Experience collaborating directly with **third-party technology vendors** and integration partners.
