About the role
- Create intuitive, user-centered experiences for an AI-driven supply chain platform.
- Design intuitive console and workspace interfaces for data engineers, ML engineers, and modelers.
- Create clear, efficient workflows for complex data manipulation and model development.
- Define and maintain strong information architecture for organizing tools, assets, and workflows.
- Design engaging and interactive data visualizations, including charts, tables, and maps.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across dashboards and output views.
- Translate analytical outputs into easy-to-understand, actionable experiences for end users.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to inform decisions.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs (Figma preferred).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists throughout the product lifecycle.
- Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and best UX practices.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in UX/UI, data visualization, and AI-driven interfaces.
Requirements
- 4–9 years of experience in UX/Product Design, preferably in B2B or enterprise software.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating complex, data-driven products or workflows.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with data visualization and information design.
- Strong ability to translate technical and analytical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Background in supply chain, analytics platforms, or AI-driven products (Nice to Have).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data-centric applications (Nice to Have).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (Nice to Have).
- Understanding of data analysis or statistical concepts (Nice to Have).
