About the role
- Own end-to-end B2B demand generation across inbound and outbound channels with a strong focus on lead quality and revenue contribution.
- Design and execute multi-channel growth strategies using LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, retargeting, and nurture programs aligned to defined ICPs.
- Build and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for mid-market and enterprise accounts, including target account selection, buying committee mapping, and personalization frameworks.
- Drive ABM execution through LinkedIn targeting, personalized email outreach, and tight sales–marketing alignment workflows.
- Own B2B email marketing end-to-end, covering inbound nurture, outbound sequences, re-engagement, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Apply AI to improve email performance through personalization, copy optimization, sequencing, and timing.
- Build and scale a B2B SEO and content-led growth engine focused on high-intent keywords, solution pages, BOFU assets, and use-case-driven content.
- Partner with content teams to ensure SEO efforts directly support pipeline generation and sales conversations.
- Design, implement, and optimize CRM, automation, and AI workflows including lead scoring, routing, follow-ups, pipeline hygiene, and AI-assisted qualification.
- Create reusable automation and AI playbooks that can be deployed across multiple accounts and offered as scalable solutions.
- Own campaign budgets, forecast pipeline versus spend, and continuously optimize CAC, CPL, and ROI.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track MQL-to-SQL conversion, ABM engagement, pipeline impact, and channel performance.
- Lead client-facing execution with strong agency rigor, acting as a strategic advisor on B2B growth systems, automation, and AI adoption.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B growth or demand generation with mandatory prior experience in an agency environment.
- Proven ownership of revenue outcomes, with a strong track record of generating sales-qualified leads and revenue pipeline.
- Deep hands-on expertise in ABM, B2B email marketing, B2B SEO, CRM platforms, automation tools, and AI-driven workflows.
- Strong understanding of enterprise and mid-market buying cycles, ICP definition, and sales readiness.
- Comfortable owning budgets, forecasting pipeline, and being accountable for ROI.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate performance insights into clear growth actions.
- Experienced in working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and enjoys building scalable systems from the ground up.
