About the role

  • Own and execute the full-funnel performance marketing strategy, spanning discovery, consideration, and conversion across paid digital channels.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Meta Ads, app install and engagement campaigns, and upper-funnel platforms such as YouTube or Discovery where relevant.
  • Design campaign structures aligned with seasonality, destination or product intent, offers, and user behavior patterns.
  • Take complete ownership of conversion performance metrics including CPL, CAC, enquiry-to-booking conversion rates, and ROAS where applicable.
  • Partner closely with product, brand, and web/app teams to improve landing pages, enquiry journeys, offer messaging, and trust signals to drive higher conversion efficiency.
  • Lead continuous experimentation across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, funnels, and landing experiences to unlock incremental performance gains.
  • Build and scale advanced remarketing and lifecycle cohorts such as destination viewers, itinerary viewers, enquiry drop-offs, inactive users, and repeat prospects.
  • Work with CRM and lifecycle teams to align paid remarketing with WhatsApp, email, push, and other retention channels.
  • Own paid media budgets and P&L, including forecasting spend, outcomes, and ROI, while ensuring disciplined pacing and efficiency.
  • Set up and maintain robust tracking, attribution, and analytics frameworks across web and app using industry-standard tools.
  • Build performance dashboards and reports to track funnel health, cohort movement, and CAC efficiency, and present insights to leadership.
  • Manage internal resources and external agencies, bringing structured execution, reporting rigor, and optimization discipline across multiple brands.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading performance marketing for travel platforms, OTAs, or similar high-intent, transaction-driven businesses, or strong agency experience managing such accounts.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, including acquisition, remarketing, lifecycle optimization, and attribution across web and app journeys.
  • Strong command of paid media platforms, analytics tools, and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Comfortable owning budgets, P&L, and revenue-linked performance metrics with accountability for outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously while maintaining strategic clarity and execution quality.
  • Highly data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting performance narratives and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • A proactive, ownership-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
