About the role

  • Own end-to-end B2B demand generation across inbound and outbound channels with a clear focus on lead quality and conversion.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, retargeting, and outbound email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build a full-funnel system covering Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity, with clear definitions, scoring, and qualification criteria.
  • Partner with sales and leadership to define ICPs, personas, messaging, and qualification frameworks that improve sales readiness.
  • Take ownership of CRM, automation, and outreach systems including lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and follow-up workflows.
  • Create scalable outbound and follow-up systems using automation to reduce manual effort and improve speed-to-lead.
  • Plan and manage monthly and quarterly demand generation budgets, forecasting pipeline contribution against spend.
  • Continuously experiment with messaging, creatives, targeting, channels, and offers to improve CAC and pipeline efficiency.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline value, and channel ROI.
  • Build dashboards and present structured performance reviews to leadership, using data to guide decisions and budget reallocation.
  • Apply strong agency-style rigor in execution, documentation, timelines, and reporting.
  • Contribute a client-first mindset, with the ability to position and pitch consulting and services offerings effectively across industries.

Requirements

  • 5–9 years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation, with mandatory prior experience in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality B2B leads and consistently converting them into sales-qualified leads.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles, lead qualification, and revenue-driven growth metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-close conversion rates through better targeting and messaging.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, outbound tools, and performance marketing platforms.
  • Comfortable owning budgets, CAC, ROI, and pipeline targets with accountability for outcomes.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and confident in using insights to guide strategy and execution.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with founders and sales teams.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and is comfortable with ambiguity while building scalable systems.
