About the role
- Role for one of Weekday’s clients; lead financial direction of fast-growing SaaS enterprise
- Define and implement financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting; drive data-driven decision-making using SaaS metrics
- Lead fundraising efforts and investor relations; secure financing for expansion
- Spearhead IPO readiness, regulatory filings, audit readiness, and capital market transactions
- Oversee global compliance, tax, audits, and risk management
- Manage multi-jurisdictional finance: transfer pricing, treasury management, and FX risk
- Champion financial technologies, ERP platforms, BI dashboards, real-time reporting, and automation
- Build, mentor, and lead a world-class finance team to support global growth
Requirements
- Min Experience: 18 years
- MBA (Finance), Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent advanced finance qualification
- Seasoned finance executive with expertise in IPO readiness, fundraising, compliance, cross-border financial operations, and technology-driven financial management
- Experience in SaaS / technology-driven businesses
- Proven track record in fundraising, IPO execution, compliance, and cross-border operations
- Expertise in SaaS financial metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, churn, LTV), valuation models, and investor engagement
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
