About the role

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, pipeline management, offer negotiation, and closing for assigned roles.
  • Source and assess top talent while collaborating with other recruiters to support additional roles as needed.
  • Attend weekly meetings with hiring teams and senior leaders to maintain a consistent feedback loop and alignment on hiring needs.
  • Recruit for roles across all levels and departments, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Review high volume applications in a timely manner across open requisitions and support other recruiters as needed
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Provide interview preparation for both candidates and hiring teams to ensure success and alignment.
  • Deliver timely and transparent communication and feedback to all candidates in the interview process.
  • Manage and maintain ATS accuracy, ensuring clean data, proper stage progression, and consistent candidate communication.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to offer strategic counsel on roles, hiring decisions, compensation, and market trends.
  • Analyze hiring process data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable changes to enhance recruiting effectiveness.
  • Support and partner with junior recruiters during onboarding and on hard to fill requisitions
  • Lead project initiatives to improve recruiting processes, tool utilization, and team efficiencies
  • Continuously contribute new sourcing strategies to the team
  • Partner with Executives on leadership roles and provide market insights throughout process

Requirements

  • 10+ years of staffing agency or in-house recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of recruiting top talent across software engineering, product management, and infrastructure teams
  • Experience recruiting on leadership roles and providing market insights to executive leadership
  • Strong knowledge and experience with industry Applicant Tracking System (ideally Greenhouse)
  • Understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Ability to conduct boolean searches and creative ways to find passive candidates
  • Proven customer service experience and skills
  • Ability to build relationships with various personalities and departments
  • Superb communication skills; a compelling communicator able to engage the attention of busy, senior executives
  • Ability to learn new tech and product domains quickly and understand how to craft effective search strategies within those domains
  • Self-assured, not easily thrown, able to think on your feet; you may be called upon to work on highly confidential searches with senior leaders
