About the role

  • You manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to hiring
  • You are the primary contact for applicants and shape a respectful, positive candidate journey
  • You coordinate interviews and appointments between Artist Management and candidates
  • You work closely with managers on candidate selection
  • You actively contribute your HR expertise to our processes and help develop them strategically
  • You act as the administrative liaison between Artist Management and internal accounting
  • Support with invoicing and accounts receivable management
  • Responsible for invoice and credit note verification
  • Responsible for the complete and timely submission of your team’s supporting documents
  • Perform preparatory tasks and work closely with the accounting team

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a commercial apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in recruiting, HR, or an administrative/commercial role
  • Experience in accounting or invoicing
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent way of working
  • Comfort with numbers and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor
  • Enthusiasm for agency work and the desire to actively shape processes
  • High level of initiative, energy, and strong time- and self-management skills
