About the role

  • Strategic brand leadership
  • Translating our clients’ brand identities into clear, platform-appropriate social media strategies
  • Planning, structuring and prioritizing all social media activities across relevant channels
  • Leading and developing brands on social media together with account management
  • Content and creative collaboration
  • Close collaboration with the creative team to convert strategic guidelines into relevant, culturally resonant ideas
  • Providing strategic sparring for creative teams on campaigns, formats and content mechanics
  • Ensuring consistent implementation of the strategy across all disciplines – in coordination with project and account management
  • Analysis and planning
  • Producing social media reviews, competitor analyses and identifying opportunity areas
  • Developing action plans and strategic roadmaps for individual brands, campaigns or timeframes
  • Using research, brand tracking, creator data and business KPIs as the basis for decision-making
  • Communication and presentation
  • Preparing workshop, strategy and pitch presentations with clear logical content and strong visual quality
  • Confidently presenting to clients, as well as moderating workshops and strategic sessions

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in social media strategy as well as influencer and creator marketing
  • Solid experience supporting brands at a national or international level
  • Strong analytical skills in evaluating brand & creator performance and social media activities
  • Experience with market research, brand tracking and deriving strategic KPIs
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube; LinkedIn, Twitch or similar is a plus)
  • Strategic expertise in brand, communications and media strategy
  • Experience working operationally with multiple stakeholders – in particular paid media, creative and project management
  • Strong analytical and commercial understanding to translate brand and communication objectives into effective measures
