Responsibility for the further development of our website, customer portal, funnels and customer journey with a focus on conversion, activation and retention
Translating business goals (e.g., new customer growth, churn reduction) into actionable, data-driven product strategies
Capturing, prioritizing and elaborating stakeholder requirements (Marketing, Business Development) into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for IT
Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, planning releases and roadmaps in close coordination with stakeholders
Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new features, landing pages and campaign tools
Building and evolving a data-driven testing and experimentation approach (A/B tests, funnel analyses, KPI tracking)
Analyzing user data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement them deliberately
Promoting a culture of experimentation: You capture creative ideas, evaluate them based on data and drive them to structured implementation
Requirements
Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Digital Product Manager or in a comparable role with a focus on growth, website or funnel
Solid understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion optimization and online marketing channels
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams (Marketing, Design, IT) and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar)
Ability to structure complex, creative ideas and translate them into clear requirements
Strong communication and coordination skills and a good sense of how to engage and motivate stakeholders
High initiative, data-driven mindset and a desire to shape measurable growth together with us.
