About the role
- Support the ongoing relaunch project for the academy's learning management system (LMS)
- Contribute to implementing the gamification concept within the LMS (design, testing, optimization)
- Assist with dashboards
- Process configuration settings in a holistic manner
- Coordinate requirements with the country teams
- Ensure a harmonized implementation
- Take ownership of renaming navigation points and system texts in all languages
Requirements
- At least one year of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Experience administering a learning management system and familiarity with working with a service provider
- Hands-on mentality
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- 30 days of vacation plus additional days off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve
