Plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
Assure all therapy is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
Help residents improve mobility and enable them to confidently and independently carry out everyday tasks and activities
Requirements
Valid State qualifying license or certification.
Experience in skilled nursing environment is preferred.
Ability to communicate and instruct effectively.
Hands on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities.
