About the role
- Manage and develop a technical team of Web Administrators
- Ensure staff is knowledgeable and cross-trained
- Develop strategic relationships with IT, business units and key vendors
- Define infrastructure strategies consistent with company and department standards
- Align team with IT strategies, goals, initiatives and priorities
- Foster a process-driven IT organization
- Create and maintain an environment of continuous improvement and excellence
- Work collaboratively with other infrastructure teams to assess technical specifications and business requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of IT Infrastructure experience
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Strong customer focus
- Candidates must meet all Company and NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection Standard 004 security requirements, including background investigation.
