About the role
- Perform field audits and observations to gather information while consulting and advising on health and safety issues
- Conduct investigations of accidents, injuries, tools, equipment, work methods or other issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of procedures, policies, and programs relating to safety
- Act as a professional resource for all levels of employees while providing an expert perspective on safety
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in safety, industrial hygiene or related discipline
- 3-5 years of safety or related experience required; utility experience desired
