About the role
- Performing a variety of tasks to support field operations within an office setting
- Monitoring compliance workloads
- Analyzing data and utilizing reports
- Creating work orders and assigning to field personnel
- Requesting permits
- Fielding calls from customers and field employees
- Providing daily support to company and contracted field employees
Requirements
- 5 + years – Standard computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- 5 + years – Identifying and implementing solutions to problems
- High School Diploma, HSED or GED
- Proficient in Open-cIS, PCAD Dispatch and MAXIMO
- Experience in creating and assigning work orders
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Self-motivated but also works well within a team
