About the role
- Ensure superior quality service in the delivery of natural gas to commercial and industrial customers.
- Resolve customer concerns related to service delivery and system reliability.
- Act as a project manager for gas service, alterations, and relocation projects.
- Coordinate work activities with customers and other work groups.
- Develop emergency restoration and communication plans for customers.
- Advise customers on gas and electric end-use technologies and energy conservation strategies.
- Represent Field Operations and System Operations in meetings.
Requirements
- An Associate degree is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem solving and team building skills.
- Ability to successfully implement solutions.
- Experience in providing service to large customers is preferred.
