- Supervise CCC operations and staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements
- Bachelors or Associate degree.
- 3-4 years experience in direct marketing or inbound/outbound customer center operation (100+ seats).
- Leadership and people development experience including contact quality and performance measurements.
- Knowledge in telephony and workforce management.
- Knowledge in customer programs and desktop applications.
