💰 $110,000 - $120,000 per year

About the role

  • Responsible for all facets of people management to include, coaching and facilitating performance and corrective action discussions.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker – using outside of the box ideas to meet annual quota goals.
  • Communicates with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Collects and analyzes data to better position Ametros products and services in the market.
  • Keeps accurate records pertaining to potential case load and account notes.
  • Resolves complaints and prevents additional issues by improving processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years’ experience in a sales or account management position
  • Knowledge of MSA Terminology, Workers’ Compensation and liability cases
  • Proven sales strategy experience resulting in significant client relationship growth
  • Systems Subject Matter Expert with ability to navigate through multiple systems including: MS Office Suite including Word and Excel, CareHub, Adobe, and Salesforce products.
