About the role

  • Develop and maintain organization-wide KPIs across departments, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare Weekly Business Review (WBR) and Monthly Business Reports for leadership.
  • Partner with department heads to define and refine performance metrics and dashboards.
  • Build and automate data pipelines using SQL, Excel, and Python.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Ensure alignment between operational performance, business goals, and strategic priorities.
  • Support special analytical projects and deep dives requested by leadership.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in Business Excellence, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, strong command of SQL, and working knowledge of Python.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; able to connect data trends to business realities.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) with strong presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, structure, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
