About the role

  • Monitor the development of new features for the team’s product(s);
  • Maintain and evolve existing applications;
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Demonstrate interest in the team’s topics;

  • Develop technical and process/behavioral critical judgment;

Requirements

  • Knowledge of programming logic that enables development with mentorship;
  • Basic knowledge of a programming language aligned with the team’s stack (C#, .NET Core, Node);
  • Basic knowledge of databases and queries aligned with the team’s stack (SQL Server, MySQL);
  • Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean);
  • Participation in application testing (TDD, BDD, unit tests);
  • Experience with JIRA;
  • Knowledge of DataDog is a plus.
