About the role

  • Support and execute video production
  • Create and review scripts
  • Analyze page performance and derive actionable insights using analytics tools to recommend improvements
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our social media strategies
  • Distribute and schedule content

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms (especially Instagram, YouTube and TikTok)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with editing software/tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce creative and engaging content
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Advanced English (a plus)
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others
  • Analytical mindset
