Network Engineer

• Criar, apresentar e publicar conteúdos em vídeo (Reels, Shorts, TikTok), com linguagem nativa de cada plataforma;
• Aparecer nos vídeos do canal, com naturalidade, boa presença de câmera e conexão com o público;
• Editar vídeos com domínio de ritmo, narrativa, legendas e efeitos (preferencialmente com CapCut Pro);
• Criar peças estáticas e vídeos com olhar estético consistente e alinhado à identidade da marca;
• Realizar coberturas (eventos, lançamentos, experiências e visitas), produzindo conteúdos em tempo real ou em formato recap;
• Acompanhar métricas de performance e propor melhorias com base em dados (engajamento, alcance, retenção, CTR etc.);
• Desenvolver conteúdos estratégicos para campanhas comerciais em parceria com o time de branded content;
• Organizar e atualizar planilhas de controle (conteúdo, calendário editorial, agendamentos e aprovações);
• Participar ativamente do planejamento editorial com a liderança e o squad de creators.

• **What will the challenges be?**
• Offer curation: Find the best promotions and coupons that resonate with our audience.
• Bridge with Editorial and Social: Organize these offers and send them to the content and social teams, ensuring the correct link reaches the reader.
• Commercial support: Help create presentations and visual proposals (one-pagers) to sell special projects to major brands.
• Keep an eye on the calendar: Map key dates everyone cares about (Black Friday, Mother’s Day, etc.) and plan which products and offers must be included.
• Hands-on with platforms: Generate affiliate links, verify they’re working and monitor partner tools.
• Results analysis: Organize sales and click data in spreadsheets to understand what the audience preferred to buy and where we can improve.
