About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Will report to the headquarters in France and to local leadership in Brazil.
  • Build the Market Strategy: Analyze the market and identify the right solutions that meet our partners’ needs.
  • Create Optimal Solutions: Using the full spectrum of Webedia solutions (Media, Influencer Marketing, Production, etc.), design the appropriate solution(s) that achieve the client’s objectives.
  • Actively pursue the right opportunities and effectively scale global opportunities within the Brazilian market.
  • Strengthen / Prospect Relationships: Establish strong, long-term relationships with local gaming players in the Brazilian ecosystem and actively prospect new partners to expand our client portfolio.
  • Ensure Delivery: With the support of our delivery teams, ensure that client campaigns are executed to the highest possible standard.
  • Coordinate with Global Stakeholders: Collaborate with members of the Global Gaming team across our offices in France, Mexico, Spain, Germany, Poland, etc., to drive global client initiatives and ensure Brazil’s participation.
  • Reporting / Monitoring: Ensure correct and comprehensive tracking of opportunities and client interactions using tools such as Salesforce, Looker, etc.
  • Help coordinate local talent acquisition with internal teams, and manage potential local activations and productions in the region.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 5 years of sales experience in a multinational environment, preferably in Media, Influencer Marketing, or Agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of the Gaming industry, including key players, game life cycles, major milestones, and industry events.
  • Existing network of contacts in Brazil / LATAM / global gaming structures, with the ability to activate these relationships immediately to generate positive sales results for Webedia.
  • Effective and versatile communicator, both internally with our teams and externally with partners and clients. Experience working with members of global teams from different countries.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and shape the sales offering to keep pace with these transformations.
  • Fluency in English.
