About the role

  • Prospect and qualify leads, generate opportunities, and close sales
  • Maintain frequent contact with companies and their decision-makers
  • Conduct prospecting via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp
  • Be able to conduct video conferences and remote presentations
  • Nurture leads by providing detailed, valuable information throughout the sales process
  • Understand customer pain points and present our solutions
  • Address questions clearly and courteously
  • Handle objections with maturity, friendliness, and enthusiasm
  • Contribute across all stages of sales and post-sales activities
  • Use the CRM system correctly and responsibly
  • Maintain and care for the client portfolio
  • Monitor sales orders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Have the following work requirements, such as:
  • Up-to-date laptop or desktop
  • Broadband internet (300 Mbps or higher)
  • Headset
  • Quiet, suitable workspace
  • Degree or currently studying in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
  • Additional monitor to operate with dual screens to facilitate work
  • Experience in selling services
