Analyst

• You support web analytics agency-wide and act as the central point of contact.
• You are confident in — and would call yourself an expert in — at least one of the following tools: Google Analytics, Matomo, Google Tag Manager, econda, UserCentrics, Cookiebot, Jentis.
• You develop web analytics concepts for our clients, laying the foundation for actionable analyses and interpretations.
• You support the implementation of web analytics tools for our clients.
• You analyze data and, through your interpretation and insights, prepare and inform important (budget) decisions.
• You advise our clients on questions and requests.

• Responsible for the strategic, creative and commercial development of the department.
• Build and lead a team of creative talents.
• Develop a competitive service portfolio that delivers outstanding digital communication solutions.
• Define and monitor processes and structures to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Support sales in client acquisition as well as up- and cross-selling.
• Represent the department at public events.

• Personalführung: Aufbau und Führung eines Teams aus kreativen Talenten.
• Förderung eines inspirierenden und teamorientierten Arbeitsumfelds.
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Personalstrategie, die unsere Werte widerspiegelt.
• Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung: Entwicklung eines wettbewerbsfähigen Leistungsportfolios, das herausragende digitale Kommunikationslösungen auf Grundlage unserer Performance-DNA bietet.
• Erweiterung der Wertschöpfungskette von der reinen Umsetzung in den Social Media Kanälen und im Design hin zu strategischer Beratung und Gestaltung.
• Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung zur kreativen Quelle der Agentur.
• Organisation & Controlling: Definition und Monitoring von Prozessen und Strukturen, um Qualität und Effizienz sicherzustellen.
• Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung in Abstimmung mit den Unternehmenszielen.
• Vertrieb & Öffentlichkeitsarbeit: Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Kundenakquise sowie beim Up- und Cross-Selling.
• Repräsentation der Abteilung bei öffentlichen Veranstaltungen
• Positionierung der Abteilung als Innovationsführer im Bereich kreativer, digitaler Kommunikationslösungen.
