About the role
- As VP Partner Management, responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution of the partner ecosystem
- Develop, scale, and optimize the partner landscape
- Manage relationships at the executive level
- Responsible for partner-generated and partner-influenced revenue targets
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing partner management team
- Responsible for establishing and advancing partner operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in partner management, channel leadership, strategic alliances, or comparable roles within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
- Proven success building and managing partner ecosystems that contribute significant revenue
- Experience building, leading, and scaling international teams
- Deep understanding of channel economics, go-to-market strategies, and partner lifecycle management
- Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring complex partnership agreements
- Highly strategic thinker with strong execution ability and a track record of delivering measurable results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
