About the role

  • As VP Partner Management, responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution of the partner ecosystem
  • Develop, scale, and optimize the partner landscape
  • Manage relationships at the executive level
  • Responsible for partner-generated and partner-influenced revenue targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in partner management, channel leadership, strategic alliances, or comparable roles within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
  • Proven success building and managing partner ecosystems that contribute significant revenue
  • Experience building, leading, and scaling international teams
  • Deep understanding of channel economics, go-to-market strategies, and partner lifecycle management
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring complex partnership agreements
  • Highly strategic thinker with strong execution ability and a track record of delivering measurable results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
