About the role
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events
- Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce Eye-Able.com’s solutions and value propositions
- Engage with leads to understand their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes, qualifying them as potential customers
- Arrange meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth transition of leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts
Requirements
- A passion for our mission to make the digital world more accessible
- Familiarity with digital accessibility and web compliance standards is a plus
- Experience in sales, preferably via phone calls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Polish with good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Self-motivated with initiative and a results-driven mindset
- Team player
