• WeaveGrid provides enterprise solutions that help the grid absorb electrification using cloud-native platform architecture and systems optimization
• Define and execute GTM strategy to grow utility customer accounts; oversee Business Development, Sales Operations, and Customer Success
• May also oversee Enterprise Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales Engineering
• Strategic leadership: own revenue strategy across enterprise utility accounts; partner with Product, Engineering, Market Development, and Policy; contribute to executive planning and resource allocation
• Build, inspire, and develop high-performing Sales and Customer Success teams; strengthen enterprise sales and customer success playbooks to drive predictable growth and measurable ROI
• Engage directly with customers when needed and perform other duties as assigned
