About the role
- Create sales training materials, playbooks, and onboarding programs
- Develop competitive landscape analysis and intelligence
- Support RFP responses and sales collateral creation
- Analyze attainment and productivity metrics
- Create streamlined reports for revenue metrics
- Own, configure, & administer CRM and sales tools
- Lead pipeline reviews and account plan reviews
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Ops (or adjacent analytical roles)
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM administration (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Clear, direct communication style and cross-functional collaboration skills
