About the role

  • Create sales training materials, playbooks, and onboarding programs
  • Develop competitive landscape analysis and intelligence
  • Support RFP responses and sales collateral creation
  • Analyze attainment and productivity metrics
  • Create streamlined reports for revenue metrics
  • Own, configure, & administer CRM and sales tools

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Ops (or adjacent analytical roles)
  • Demonstrated expertise in CRM administration (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Clear, direct communication style and cross-functional collaboration skills
