About the role
- Proactively reach out to current Weave customers via outbound calls and email to introduce additional products and features.
- Identify expansion opportunities by understanding customer goals, usage, and business needs.
- Set qualified upsell demos for Account Executives and Product Specialists.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets, including calls, emails, and demos set.
- Maintain accurate and detailed account notes, activities, and outcomes in Salesforce.
- Partner closely with Account Executives and Customer teams to align on account strategy and timing.
- Share learnings, objections, and successful talk tracks with the team to continuously improve outreach.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Interest in starting or growing a career in SaaS sales or account expansion.
- Coachability and a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Comfort having consultative conversations focused on value, not pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), but not required.
