About the role
- Collaborate closely with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to support sales performance and optimize processes.
- Create detailed reports, conduct deep analyses, and identify opportunities to automate or simplify processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements that reduce administrative workload for Sales teams.
- Work closely with Sales leaders to track team performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales goals, initiatives, and reporting requirements.
- Evaluate current sales tools and technologies, recommend improvements or new solutions, and help implement automation to streamline operations.
- Assist Sales leadership with pipeline forecasting, helping to ensure accurate revenue projections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analysis, or related role, preferably within a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing inefficiencies.
- Familiarity with sales productivity tools and process automation is a plus.
