About the role

  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of lead management processes across Salesforce and related systems.
  • Validate, update, and standardize lead records in Salesforce.
  • Process and complete internal requests accurately and within established timelines.
  • Manage lead assignments, ownership, and routing based on established rules and procedures.
  • Follow best practices for data handling and process compliance.
  • Support Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize productivity; reports to Director of Sales Development and Operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Ability to meet daily performance and effort standards.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Similar experience preferred.
