Growth Marketing

• Develop, implement, and manage a robust performance marketing strategy for B2C user growth and B2B advertising client lead generation
• End-to-end management of paid campaigns and organic channel activation across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, OLV, CTV, ASO, and affiliate/partner marketing
• Serve as primary day-to-day point of contact for external media partners; manage relationships and vet new partners
• Own tracking, linking, and attribution strategy using Kochava and evaluate alternative solutions
• Create weekly marketing channel reports; optimize campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Create and maintain a test and learn library; manage testing roadmap and partner on creative trafficking
• Collaborate with Engineering, Business Intelligence, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure tracking, data accuracy, ASO, and creative development
• Explore and stand-up new revenue-generating channels, including an affiliate marketing program
