Requirements

3+ years of experience in heavily analytical, cross-functional roles (e.g., Data Analyst, Business Analyst, BizOps, Product Operations, or Revenue/Sales Ops)
A proven track record of owning a macro-metric (e.g., processing SLAs, conversion rates, or operational efficiency)
Strong ability to write SQL to self-serve, extract, and segment data
