About the role
- Partner with cost center leads to track and manage OpEx and CapEx forecasting.
- Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of financial data used in analysis.
- Analyze spending trends and provide insights to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to project managers with data-driven recommendations.
- Produce monthly financial management reports for budget owners.
- Support the month-end and quarter-end close process with accrual estimates.
- Collaborate with operations and legal teams to support contract reviews.
- Enforce budgetary controls to maintain fiscal discipline.
- Contribute to midterm planning and scenario modeling initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline.
- Advanced experience in Workday Planning (Adaptive)—required.
- Strong understanding of forecasting under US-GAAP and its accounting implications.
- Proven ability to analyze, investigate, and communicate financial results effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience partnering cross-functionally across dynamic teams.
Benefits
- The ideal candidate will start the week of November 17, 2025, to support the period-end close and FY27 budget planning cycle, and remain through July 2026.
- Schedule: Onsite 2 days per week. Monday or Tuesday and Wednesday
- 9 month contract
