About the role

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to develop long range strategy, annual operating plans, and KPIs across the business.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve our systems, processes, and reporting.
  • Structure Guild’s Rhythm of Business (RoB) for the leadership team, including monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Support preparation for our Quarterly Business Reviews and Board of Directors meetings.
  • Analyze business and performance trends to provide actionable insights and decision support to Guild’s leadership team, and translate strategy into effective execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in a related role, including management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or strategic planning
  • Strong experience in data analysis, financial modeling, business process optimization, and developing executive level presentations
