About the role
- Design and lead the governance of the program to implement the target operating model
- Understand stakeholder needs and manage concerns and feedback
- Evaluate existing project management processes to build a cohesive program
- Build relationships to identify focus areas and support change management strategies
- Define success metrics and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Design and lead a diverse program management team to deliver the program
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading significant, cross-functional program management efforts
- 10+ years leading and managing people and teams directly and indirectly
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software
- Experience with investment operations and accounting transformations
- Knowledge of insurance carriers' investment strategies, organization models and targeted outcomes.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
