About the role

  • New Client Onboarding: Client onboarding for high-net-worth clients (administrative)
  • Ability to strategically work through complex issues involving trusts, business entities, alternative investments, tax issues, etc. with high attention to details
  • Provide responsive, proactive communication with clients and partners while collaborating with internal departments and team advisors.
  • Proactively servicing and developing good relationships with new and existing clients
  • Diligently follow up to resolve any requests or client issues; dialogues with client and internal departments to understand the situation and find a resolution
  • Assist team with complex account transactions, tax or legal issues or death claims
  • Completes operational projects to support enhancements and changes
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for company initiative/rollouts
  • Advocates for improvement in processes where appropriate

Requirements

  • 5+ years financial industry experience
  • FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) and State Insurance Licenses or willing to obtain after hire
  • Knowledge of financial administrative processes and financial terms
  • Excellent customer service through strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with systems, Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Office; CRM Sales Force; Orion or similar etc.
