• Support on a range of Marketing activities within the Wealth Dynamix Marketing team
• Work closely with Sales to support the execution of fully integrated campaign activity to drive awareness, generate new leads and progress existing pipeline
• Manage external events (preparation, on-the-day and follow up activity) & awards entries
• Write and design emails in HubSpot to nurture our leads and clients with marketing content that support the Sales Pipeline
• Manage the monthly newsletter in both HubSpot and LinkedIn to generate awareness and be seen as Thought Leaders
• Create and optimise creatives and content for the website, landing pages, social media, email marketing
• Upload new content on the website using WordPress and work with the external web agency on new website features/pages
• Create dedicated micro sites for prospects and partners
• Manage the social media calendar and LinkedIn PPC campaigns

• Develop and maintain articles, FAQs, and guides to support customers in using our products, with a focus on new features and system updates.
• Encourage customers to contribute to the community by sharing their questions, challenges, and ideas for new features.
• Serve as a community moderator, ensuring content adheres to company guidelines and policies while fostering a positive and helpful environment.
• Work closely with customers to collect feedback and ideas for new product features that can improve their experience with the CLMi product.
• Design and deliver live customer training sessions during implementations, both on-site and virtually, in collaboration with Customer Success Managers.
• Create structured training agendas and tailored learning journeys aligned to client use cases, roles, and maturity levels.
• Develop customised training materials and guides to support full-day or multi-session training workshops.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions that drive product adoption, confidence, and long-term customer success.
• Build and maintain comprehensive user guides that help both new and experienced users understand and leverage the CLMi product’s features.
• Develop training plans for super users, enabling them to get certified and gain deep knowledge of our product before its release to the wider customer base.
• Create engaging and informative training videos to explain product features and best practices.
• Contribute to the creation of certifications for CLMi users and an awards program to recognize top contributors and product advocates in the community.
• Promote the use of the CLMi knowledge base to both customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring everyone is well-informed on product functionality and updates.
• Act as a product advocate, helping users maximize the value they gain from the CLMi platform by delivering top-notch educational content and resources.

Customer Product Trainer, Content Manager – SaaS, FinTech

Accounts Payable

• Manage the purchase ledger, inputting invoices and expenses into Xero and planning the payments based on due date.
• Prepare weekly payment runs in different currencies (£, €, $) and multiple banks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
• Monitor bank and credit card balances, reporting any discrepancies or issues and organising transfers where required.
• Update manual bank feeds where required.
• Create new beneficiary templates within the online banking portal and request approval.
• Liaise with the Procurement Team – flagging new vendors which have not been onboarded.
• Confirm the bank details of new vendors where required.
• Consider payment limits of new vendors.
• Handle sensitive payroll information, including set-up of new starters and confirming bank details.
• Assist with checking the UK VAT return ensuring there is documentation to support all amounts being reclaimed.
• Take on additional finance tasks as needed, contributing to continuous improvement in the finance function.

• The Junior BA at Wealth Dynamix plays a key role in supporting the consulting and delivery teams to ensure the successful gathering, documentation, and management of business requirements for client projects.
• Positioned between the graduate role and the Functional Consultant position, this role focuses on developing expertise in both business analysis and project delivery within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• The Junior Functional Consultant is involved in all stages of project delivery, from gathering client requirements to supporting go-live, while gaining in depth knowledge of the WDX1 platform and Microsoft Dynamics products.
• Work alongside the consulting team to gather, document, and manage business requirements from clients.
• Attend and actively contribute to client meetings, acting as a representative of Wealth Dynamix.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Build an expert understanding of WDX1 and Microsoft Dynamics products to ensure effective project delivery.
• Use this knowledge to support existing clients by providing advice and product insights.
• Assist in the management of the Product Backlog for client projects, ensuring it aligns with client requirements.
