About the role

  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized networks, and creative outreach. You don’t wait for applicants; you go get them.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings and sourcing to offer negotiations and pre-boarding.
  • Evaluate our current hiring workflows and take the initiative to implement new systems, interview rubrics, and ATS optimizations that up-level our efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across departments, providing market insights and adjusting strategies in real-time based on business needs.
  • Ensure every candidate whether hired or not, has a world-class experience that reflects our brand values.
  • Own your metrics. Track and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill, using data to pivot when a search gets tough.
  • Work closely with the People Team to ensure a seamless handoff from "Signed Offer" to "Productive Employee."

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech or Saas environment.
  • Proven track record of helping a company scale rapidly (e.g., doubling headcount while maintaining quality).
  • Advanced skills in "headhunting," you know how to find the needle in the haystack.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern HR tech stacks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you can sell the Wealth.com vision to anyone.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize high-impact hiring over administrative noise.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and expertise in virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams) to facilitate a seamless hybrid interview process.
