About the role
- Drive product development and strategy, including analysis of competitive landscape to inform Wealth's short and long-term impact.
- Scope and prioritize solutions and features based on business needs and Wealth member impact.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market results and optimized resources.
- Gain a deep understanding of the user experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to improve the user experience and drive adoption of the platform.
- Drive product launches in partnership with leadership and the marketing team.
- Represent the company with users and potential users, soliciting feedback on products and services, including user interviews and testing.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of our platform and differentiating value proposition.
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to tackle problems individually and collaboratively to get to the best outcome.
- Passion for using data, metrics and analysis to inform product development and adoption.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product, project management or an equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a fast paced, unstructured environment with a strong sense of self-ownership and accountability.
- Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and draw meaningful insights from data.
- Deep experience with customer-driven innovation and hypothesis-driven experimentation and user interview testing.
- Ability to gather and transform business requirements and market needs into a successful product strategy.
- A “Founder” mentality - proactive, passionate, resourceful, and results-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience.
