About the role

  • Drive product development and strategy, including analysis of competitive landscape to inform Wealth's short and long-term impact.
  • Scope and prioritize solutions and features based on business needs and Wealth member impact.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market results and optimized resources.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the user experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to improve the user experience and drive adoption of the platform.
  • Drive product launches in partnership with leadership and the marketing team.
  • Represent the company with users and potential users, soliciting feedback on products and services, including user interviews and testing.
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of our platform and differentiating value proposition.
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to tackle problems individually and collaboratively to get to the best outcome.
  • Passion for using data, metrics and analysis to inform product development and adoption.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product, project management or an equivalent experience, with a proven track record of leading AI/ML products from concept to scale.
  • Deep Technical Fluency: You understand the end-to-end AI lifecycle, starting from intelligent data ingestion (OCR/Document AI) through to LLM orchestration. You are proficient in multimodal RAG (incorporating scanned PDFs and images), prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning. You can lead technical discussions with AI researchers on optimizing extraction accuracy and model evaluation.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, unstructured environment with a strong sense of self-ownership and accountability.
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and draw meaningful insights from data.
  • Deep experience with customer-driven innovation and hypothesis-driven experimentation and user interview testing.
  • Ability to gather and transform business requirements and market needs into a successful product strategy.
  • A “Founder” mentality - proactive, passionate, resourceful, and results-oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience.
