About the role
- Runs the global OKR Center of Excellence
- Develops and implements a communication and training plan
- Updates the SharePoint Center of Excellence page
- Monitors OKR support email box
- Leads sessions with leaders to guide creation of OKRs
- Tracks progress and provides updates to Chief Operating Officer and C-Staff
Requirements
- At least five (5) years of general business experience
- Deep knowledge of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Deep experience in change management
- Experience researching software tools and automation
- Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications
- Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
