• Review risks and recommend the best carrier and coverage approach based on appetite and market fit
• Assist agents with complex and hard-to-place risks, providing creative solutions to keep opportunities moving
• Ensure quotes are accurate, complete, and structured to maximize bind potential
• Help agents move opportunities through the pipeline from quote to close with speed and confidence
• Own and manage the Quote Buddy program end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for agents seeking quoting support
• Manage the full Concierge Quoting workflow, including intake, assignment, and follow-through
• Route out-of-state business appropriately based on licensing and carrier access
• Troubleshoot and optimize quoting and workflow configurations across core platforms
• Act as a day-to-day carrier resource for agents, providing guidance on appetite, submission strategy, and escalation support
• Provide coaching to franchise agents on quoting strategy, carrier placement, and system usage
