About the role

  • Create, maintain, and analyze reports to identify key trends and cost-saving opportunities
  • Perform accurate data entry, validation, and organization across multiple systems
  • Generate insights and visual summaries to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to clarify goals, gather information, and align deliverables
  • Interpret and adapt to different communication styles to ensure clear understanding across departments
  • Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely project completion
  • Proactively identify issues, suggest solutions, and implement process improvements
  • Support workflow optimization and reporting efficiency across tools and teams

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills — ability to read, interpret, and generate data reports
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.) and Google Suite
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a data, analytics, or operations-related role
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills — able to communicate effectively with diverse teams
  • Leadership mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Full-time availability during EST business hours
