About the role

  • You will assist in designing and implementing AI-driven software solutions that automate processes and improve efficiency
  • You will be involved in deploying existing machine learning models, adapting them with the team to specific use cases, and supporting their production rollout
  • You will develop backend services and APIs in Python, e.g. using FastAPI
  • You will learn to work with cloud-based AI services and contribute to implementing robust, scalable solutions for real customer requirements
  • You will work with structured and unstructured data and prepare it for AI applications
  • You will help ensure the quality and reliability of AI components, e.g. through testing, validation and proper error handling
  • You will work closely with our AI experts, internal teams and customers and learn to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or a related field
  • Some practical experience developing with Python
  • Basic familiarity with machine learning models and large language models (LLMs)
  • Initial exposure to cloud computing is a plus (e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP)
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and the practical application of AI
  • Analytical thinking and a structured working approach
