About the role
- Serve as subject matter expert for the Finance function to design and implement ERP processes in D365
- Collaborate with the Implementation Specialist to maximize out-of-the-box functionality and minimize customizations
- Co-lead requirements gathering and fit-gap workshops
- Develop functional specifications and participate in solution design sessions
- Assist the Application Support Team with complex issues during implementation and post-go-live
- Create test scripts and scenarios, lead functional testing, and review results
- Develop training materials and lead sessions for key processes
- Maintain process governance and support post-go-live activities
Requirements
- Experience in business process mapping and design
- Hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Record to Report (RTR) area
- Experience with ERP implementation as a business analyst or subject matter expert, ideal but not required
- Working experience supporting or championing process changes improvement
- Some international travel, as needed
